Approximately 2400 milk producers from the Lake Constance area, the Black Forest, the Swabian Alps, Allgäu, Vorarlberg, the Bavarian Alps and Franconia supply the OMIRA.

Today, the OMIRA group processes around 831,9 million kg of milk each year at its two sites in Ravensburg and Neuburg an der Donau. Over 650 employees use state-of-the-art technology to convert the valuable raw milk into a diverse range of milk products as well as important intermediate products for the food and sweet manufacturing industries.

This certification is subject to ongoing confirmation by independent auditors.
